Payment Terms
Pricing

Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. For recurring services, payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement to ensure smooth transactions.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total service cost. We understand that emergencies happen and will strive to accommodate unforeseen circumstances as best as possible.
Rescheduling Process
To reschedule a service, please contact us via the provided communication channels. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid potential fees and ensure availability.
Liability and Responsibility
Limitation of Liability
Gardener Charlton is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided. We strive to minimize any risk, but cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their premises are safe and accessible for our team. Any existing issues, such as unsound structures or hazardous conditions, should be reported in advance. Additionally, clients must provide clear instructions and access to necessary areas to enable us to perform our duties effectively.
Termination of Services
Termination by Client
Clients may terminate services at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date are due immediately. We reserve the right to refuse further services to clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule without appropriate notice.
Termination by Gardener Charlton
Gardener Charlton reserves the right to terminate services if clients violate these Terms and Conditions, fail to make timely payments, or engage in behavior that is disruptive or harmful to our staff. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for services already rendered, and any outstanding dues must be settled promptly.
Force Majeure
Gardener Charlton shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature, government restrictions, or other force majeure events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies that prevent the completion of services as scheduled. In such cases, we will notify the client as soon as possible and work to reschedule services at a mutually convenient time.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the services provided by Gardener Charlton, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation before pursuing any legal remedies. If an agreement cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be referred to mediation before pursuing other legal avenues.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Gardener Charlton and the client, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. No other terms or conditions shall be binding unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Such an invalid provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
Assignment
Clients may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without the prior written consent of Gardener Charlton. Any attempted assignment without such consent shall be null and void.
Waiver
Any failure by Gardener Charlton to enforce any right or provision in these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The waiver of any provision hereunder shall be effective only if in writing and signed by Gardener Charlton.
